In order to ensure that schools experience the maximum benefits, and avoid any frustration related to the naturalization process, we have identified a series of steps that follow a logical progression.  They fall into the following four phases:

Vision – identify the goals of the project and start a committee
Design – discover what the schoolyard has to offer and put the project on paper
Implementation – gather the necessary resources and make the project a reality
Completion – begin the work to steward the project into the future
