The Calgary Co-op Kids Zone

The Calgary Co-op Kids Zone is located at the west end of the Calgary Zoo next to the Tigers Den Gift Shop! Ride the wildlife carousel or let the little tykes take the train! Also includes a special playground just for toddlers!

The train is closed for the winter season.

Kid Zone Areas

This area includes a unique:

Wildlife Carousel – Fun for all ages
A toddler playground for 2-5 year olds
Train and Calgary Co-op train station for Children under 12 years

Cost to ride train or carousel:

Unlimited wrist bands for $5
Tickets can also be purchased at the Entrance Gates, Guest Relations or purchased online

Ride booklets available at any Calgary Coop location! Books of 10 tickets for only $20! Sold only at Calgary Coop. Not available at the zoo except for group bookings.

Both rides (train and carousel) operate under the weather dependant rule.
