Wine – History in a Glass
 

Have you always wanted to know more about wine but were afraid to ask?  Sommalier and industy instructor Len Steinberg will start with the plant and finish with the wine.  We will explore the origins of mans relationship to wine with a look at Viticulture and Viniculture and the concepts of terroir, organics and biodynamics and finally an opportunity to taste history in a glass.
