Our unique collection of plants, animals and birds makes for a sometimes challenging but highly rewarding photography experience. Join instructor Barry Giles for a guided photo safari on grounds as you explore some of the tricks of successful zoo photography.

If the weather is inclement, the focus will shift to indoor species of animals.

Eurasia

This trip will focus on the Zoo's Eurasia section, you'll photograph tigers, elephants and our adorable red pandas. You’ll also get an opportunity to access the zoo’s brand new Penguin Plunge building, and snap some photos of those adorable birds ahead of the crowds. Working knowledge of your camera and its functions is required.

Registrations are accepted in the order in which fees are received. Please note that prices and dates are subject to change.

 PLEASE NOTE:  As of January 1st,  2011 day-time parking in the North Parking Lot will not be included in your program price. 

*  Please pull a parking ticket upon entrance to the parking lot.
*  The $5 fee is payable at the Pay-On-Foot stations at the Zoo entrance, the Guest Relations desk,
    the pay station on the main north plaza or at the exit booth (credit card only at exit)
*  There is a 30-minute grace period for drop-offs
*  This parking ticket MUST be used in order for you to exit the parking lot.
