Move your classroom to the fascinating environment of the Calgary Zoo for a week of innovative learning and an adventure you won’t forget! It’s a “wild” place where teachers and students explore the diversity of living things and our role as stewards of the natural world.

Each week at Zoo School is unique depending on the teacher, the grade level and the focus each teacher wants to develop. Our Zoo School Coordinator will work with you to design the week, and will assist with integrating the week into your year long plan. Zoo staff are available at the Zoo to facilitate the learning experiences and to be the “on-site” experts for you and your students.

Zoo School is available to Calgary teachers of grades 2-12.
