The Calgary Zoo is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Custodians. Duties and Responsibilities of the Custodian Team are: • provide custodial services such as cleaning all of the public buildings, washrooms, and all signage throughout the Zoo; A current valid Class 5 Alberta Drivers License, Grade 12 education and the ability to communicate in both verbal and written English are all essential requirements for these positions. Physical Demands : You must be able to work a variety of shifts including early morning, weekends, holidays and evenings. These highly mobile positions require excellent stamina and physical health. The ability to work well both indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions, is essential.
